Where are the books produced?
We produce in Spain in a partner plant. You don’t have to deal with the paperwork: we take care of the transport and the complete logistics to your address.
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes. Shipping is free within mainland Spain and included in all standard quotes. For deliveries outside Spain or international orders, additional transport and customs costs may apply, which are always calculated before confirming your order.
How does the proof before printing work?
We provide a free digital proof so you can review layout, typography, and colors before printing. If you prefer a physical (hardcopy) proof, you can request it for a small additional fee. Production only starts after your final approval.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and PayPal. Registered publishing professionals or recurring clients may request deferred payment terms or customized billing options.
How do I upload the files and what are their requirements?
After placing your order, you’ll receive instructions to upload your high-resolution PDF files (CMYK color, embedded fonts, and proper bleed margins). You may also send them via WeTransfer or Dropbox. All files are reviewed before printing, and we’ll contact you if adjustments are needed.
What if I need a specification that does not appear in the calculator?
For special cases, use the «Special price request» option under the calculator. We will send you a quotation by email as soon as possible.
Do you work on short runs?
Yes. We specialize in short runs starting from 100 copies, ideal for independent authors, small publishers, or reprints in limited quantities.
What are your production deadlines?
Standard production time ranges between 5 and 10 business days, depending on binding type, page count, and finish. For urgent orders, we offer express printing services with shorter turnaround times.
Can you match a sample or a previous reprint?
Yes. If you send us a printed sample or the original files, we can match color, texture, and finish with high accuracy. Color proofs can be arranged upon request.
What happens if something doesn't go as expected on my first order?
We are committed to your full satisfaction. If there’s an issue with print quality or finishing caused by us, we’ll reprint it at no cost or offer a partial refund. We always review each case with you to ensure a fair solution.
