Your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days
If you act as a consumer or user, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without penalty, except for the costs legally provided for.
This right applies to distance contracts, including those concluded through this online store, in accordance with consumer and user protection regulations.
The withdrawal period shall be 14 calendar days and shall be calculated as follows:
In the case of contracts for the sale of products, from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the products.
If the order includes several products delivered separately, from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last product.
If the product consists of several components or parts delivered separately, from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last component or part.
In the case of service contracts, from the day on which the contract is concluded.
In the case of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, from the day on which the contract is concluded, unless any of the legally provided exceptions apply.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning the exercise of this right to be sent before the relevant period has expired.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Apuleyo Ediciones of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement.
You may do so by any of the following means:
Through the online withdrawal function available on this page.
By email sent to: info@apuleyoediciones.com
By postal mail sent to:
Apuleyo Ediciones S.L
Plaza Redonda, 5, 1º
Cartaya (Huelva) 21450
Spain
You may also use the model withdrawal form included at the end of this page, although its use is not mandatory.
Online withdrawal function
If you made your purchase through this online store, you may exercise your right of withdrawal using the electronic function provided for this purpose.
To start the process, use the button or link identified as:
“Withdraw from the contract here” or the form available on this same page after this text.
You will then need to provide or confirm the necessary details to identify your request, including:
Your full name.
The order number or the details that make it possible to identify the contract from which you wish to withdraw.
The email address or other electronic means by which you wish to receive confirmation of the withdrawal.
Whether the withdrawal applies to the entire order or only to certain products.
Before finally submitting the request, a confirmation screen will be displayed. To submit the request, you must click the button:
“Confirm withdrawal”
Once the request has been sent, you will receive, without undue delay, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, normally by email, stating the content of your request and the date and time of submission.
Sending the communication constitutes the exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, Apuleyo Ediciones may verify that the request has been submitted within the legal period and that none of the legally provided exceptions apply.
EU Directive 2011/83/EU sets out several categories of goods and services excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The following sections include the cases that may or may not apply to this store. Delete those that you do not sell.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, Apuleyo Ediciones will reimburse you for all payments received, including, where applicable, the costs of standard delivery.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which Apuleyo Ediciones was informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed to another means of reimbursement and provided that such change does not involve any additional cost for you.
However, if you have expressly selected a delivery method that is more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the store, Apuleyo Ediciones will not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs arising from that choice.
In contracts for the sale of products, Apuleyo Ediciones may withhold the reimbursement until it has received the returned products or until you provide proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.
Return of products
Unless Apuleyo Ediciones offers to collect the products, you must return or hand them over without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw.
The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the products before that period has expired.
The products must be returned to the following address:
Apuleyo Ediciones S.L
Plaza Redonda, 5, 1º
Cartaya (Huelva) 21450
Spain
Unless Apuleyo Ediciones S.L expressly states otherwise, you must bear the direct costs of returning the products.
You shall only be liable for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply, among others, in the following legally provided cases:
Products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
Products which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
Sealed audio or video recordings, or sealed computer software, that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
Services that have been fully performed, where performance began with the consumer’s prior express consent, with the consumer’s acknowledgement that once the service has been fully performed they will lose the right of withdrawal, and provided that the legally required conditions are met.
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun and, if the contract imposes an obligation to pay on the consumer, the consumer has given their prior express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period, has acknowledged that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal, and Apuleyo Ediciones S.L has provided the legally required confirmation.
Contracts in which the consumer has specifically requested a visit for the purpose of carrying out urgent repair or maintenance operations. If, during that visit, additional services not expressly requested are provided or goods other than the spare parts necessary for the repair or maintenance are supplied, the right of withdrawal shall apply to those additional services or goods.
If a specific product or service is excluded from the right of withdrawal, this will be communicated before the purchase is completed where applicable.
Services started during the withdrawal period
If you expressly request that the provision of a service begin during the withdrawal period and you subsequently exercise your right of withdrawal before the service has been fully performed, you must pay Apuleyo Ediciones S.L an amount proportional to the part of the service already provided up to the time when you communicate your withdrawal.
If the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and with your acknowledgement that, once fully performed, you would lose the right of withdrawal, you will not be able to exercise that right in relation to that service.
Digital content
In the case of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, such as downloadable files, digital licences, software, online courses, streaming videos or other digital content, the right of withdrawal may be lost where performance has begun with your prior express consent, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, and Apuleyo Ediciones S.L has provided you with the legally required confirmation.
In the event of a valid withdrawal in relation to digital content or services, you must refrain from using them and from making them available to third parties from the moment you exercise the right of withdrawal.
